• Graduate of and post graduate work at The University of Oklahoma
• Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute
• Successfully completed well over 200 hours of appraisal course work with the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and The Appraisal Institute
• Attend numerous seminars and courses in regards to appraisal issues. The State of Oklahoma requires a minimum of 42 hours of credit for recertification every 3 years. I have always had many more hours than required for each recertification period

• Have worked in Oklahoma City area real estate market since 1971 as a broker and an appraiser
